Five new Collections of Audemars Piguet
Discover our 5 new collections of Audemars Piguet watches, such as the Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph and Selfwinding Chronograph.
The five watches—two with 37mm cases and three with 43mm cases—all have colourful VU Meter versions of the Tapisserie dials that are distinctive to the Royal Oak family and are either printed with luminous ink or set with coloured gemstones. They also all have applied 18K white gold hour markers and the AP monogram.
The strap studs of the Royal Oak feature a knurled texture that makes them "reminiscent of jack plugs," while the crown guards were designed with mixing console faders in mind. Each watch comes with a set of four replaceable rubber straps with a mosaic design in blue, black, turquoise, yellow, or green, all with titanium AP pin buckles.
Both the 37mm and 43mm versions of the titanium watch with the blue VU Meter display are only 500 pieces each. Both include "Limited Edition of 500 Pieces" engraving on titanium and sapphire exhibition case back.
Two 18K white gold designs with blue aventurine dials and invisible-set Harmony-cut tsavorites, peridots, rubies, and sapphires in blue, green, orange, and yellow come in either 37mm or 43mm case sizes. Still, this time they are not limited editions. The 43mm model has 230 stones, compared to the 37mm variant's 166 stones (3.7CT) (6.15CT).
The final design is restricted to 250 pieces and has a 43mm black ceramic case with titanium studs, crown guards, and a pin buckle on the strap.
The two new in-house 4Hz time-only automatic movements, Calibre 5909 for the 37mm watches and Calibre 4309 for the 43mm versions, with respective power reserves of 60 and 70 hours, power the eyes. The 2022 movement enhancements, which were added to the Royal Oak collection to commemorate the model's 50th anniversary, come in both forms. The 37mm Royal Oak Offshore Music Edition Titanium is priced at £26,700 (about $32,100 USD).
